Site Build Update
Whoever said being right was easy? Well, she was wrong…
Slick ‘n’ Slack continues to grow in sophistication. New banners, new look and lots of important widgets and plugins.
It’s going slowly, though. Slower than I ever thought it would. I mean, how tough can it be? WordPress is a stable blogging platform. Plugins are everywhere, as are good themes. And Photoshop isn’t that hard, anymore.
Then the perfectionist imperative kicked in (it’s in the genes) and Things Really Began to Move. In the wrong direction. Slowly.
The only good news is, a new WordPress Theme was born from bits and pieces of several great skins, along with some interesting, never-before-seen HTML code. (I am not a programmer; my HTML can be called arcane at best.)
The building process is almost complete. Well, come on,let’s get real; it’s a BLOG, for Chrissake. It’ll never be “built.” It will function, however, and that’s the important thing.
